WEDNESDAY

Late morning to early afternoon arrivals.

Welcome to your island paradise for the next several days! Kick off your shoes and let your barefeet touch the earth to ground yourself into the here and now. Unpack, sunbathe, swim and relax into your dreamy new surroundings.

A divinely delicious buffet lunch is available whenever you're hungry. 

4 - 6:30pm - Our first Group Circle
Gentle grounding meditation and exercises to ease you into the retreat experience and connect you to your Soul Sisters for this special journey together.

8pm - Enjoy your first dinner, lovingly prepared by your incredible private chef Gabby from Nourish. Let it sink in that you have no food shopping, cooking, serving or clearing up to do for the next several days!

10pm - sweet dreams.

THURSDAY 

Shhhh.... Morning quiet time to journal, meditate, and contemplate. Help yourself to a selection of yogi teas. Or simply have a well deserved lie-in. No talking until after morning yoga.

9 - 10:15am - Kundalini meditation and yoga by Nicole of Elevate Ibiza to raise your vibrations and begin to open your throat chakra.

10:30am - Enjoy your first delicious, gorgeous, healthy brunch outdoors under the bourgainvillea.

12 - 1pm - Group Circle: Energetic collaborations, deep dives and support as you identify and explore the blockages to your authentic, true voice.

Join us on a gentle, grounding afternoon nature excursion or stay behind to lounge by the pool and / or partake in any optional pre-booked treatments / massage.

4:30pm - Help yourself to a selection of Yogi Teas and healthy home-made snacks on the terrace or by the pool. Plenty of special places to chill out.

5:30-7:30pm Voice Activation Session with special guest Aura. This beautifully powerful two-hour ceremony and workshop is beyond words. Come with an open mind and your voice will respond with heart-connected openness.

8pm - Watch the sun setting into the sea during this relaxing, nourishing dinner.

10pm - sweet dreams.

FRIDAY

Shhhh.... Morning quiet time to journal, listen to the birds, contemplate life. Help yourself to a selection of yogi teas. Or have a well deserved lie-in. No talking until after morning yoga.

9 - 10:15am - Kundalini meditation, movement and yoga by Nicole to raise your vibrations.

10:30am - Another delicious, gorgeous, healthy brunch on the terrace.

Nature excursion to connect to the Earth energies. Today’s Group Circle takes place in a very special location.

4pm - Help yourself to a selection of Yogi Teas and healthy home-made snacks on the terrace or by the pool.

5:30-7:30pm Breathwork Session with special guest Sapphire Leena.

Lie back, close your eyes and allow Sapphire to lead you into an amazing journey of Self through music, voice and breath. A deeply healing and transformative experience.

8pm - Another divinely delicious dinner.

10pm - sweet dreams.

SATURDAY

Shhhh.... Morning quiet time.

9am Meditation, Music, Movement led by Kelly

10am - Enjoy another delicious brunch buffet.

11am - Kelly’s Magical Mystery Tour to special locations on the island.

3pm - 5:30pm - free time to relax by the pool / partake in any optional pre-booked treatments / massage.

Help yourself to a selection of Yogi Teas and a healthy home-made snack on the terrace or by the pool.

6-7:30pm - Closing Night Cacao Ceremony with Nicole. This celebratory ritual further opens the heart through the use of cacao, meditation, sound and dance! This is always a guest favourite!

8pm - Our Last Supper.

SUNDAY April 23rd

Shhhh.... Morning quiet time.

9-10:30am - I will lead our final group meditation and circle shares. We will open our authentic voices wide as we share our intentions for embodying the work we’ve done together when back in the ‘real world’. I’ll guide you through the re-entry process to assist you in sliding back home with ease, flow and love in your heart.

Your family will love the woman who returns from this retreat even more than ever. And so will you.

10:45am - Our final grand finale brunch.

Pack and enjoy these special moments on this magnetic island, knowing it will draw you back again one day.

*Please avoid booking your return flight too early on Sunday as you really won't want to miss our full morning together. Look at flights departing from 2pm onwards. You may wish to book an even later flight and take yourself to a beach for the afternoon! You can leave your bags and even come back and shower before your departure.
