the High Vibe Journey is interactive.

You have the support of myself and the group for the entire month. Each week’s homework immediately raises your vibes so you truly FEEL the difference and want to keep going and going and going!

This easy to follow programme gives you the tools you need to give your life a complete and long-lasting overhaul. 

Here's how it works logistically:

  • Each module opens at the beginning of the week with two videos that can be watched at a time you choose. There are no times or dates you need to schedule in or work around.

  • The Workbook and Homework helps you to apply the lessons to your own life straight away.

  • You’re invited to join one Zoom meet-Up with myself and the group. (Recorded if you can't make it live.) 

  • I’m there for you in a small, intimate community forum to offer my extra support and inspiration for the entire 4 weeks.

  • There’s an accountability check-in each week to motivate you to finish the programme in one month. (This isn’t one of those courses you buy and never get around to doing!)

  • You’ll continue to have ongoing access to all of the videos and materials so you can keep returning to the lessons again and again - even as more updates are added. Many women have been through the High Vibe Journey several times and keep coming back for more!
